Noor Qadeem Khan
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Noor Qadeem Khan (CSP®, PMI-RMP®, CMIOSH, FIIRSM) is a senior Health, Safety, Environment & Risk Management professional with over two decades of international experience across the oil & gas, energy, construction, and industrial sectors. His career spans complex operational environments across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, providing extensive experience in HSE leadership, risk management, process safety, contractor assurance, and organizational resilience.
He has led multidisciplinary HSE teams and supported major energy and industrial operations, with a strong focus on risk-based decision-making, safety leadership, operational excellence, and sustainable performance.
As the Founder and CEO of Sentinel Global Consulting, Noor leads the company’s strategic vision to provide integrated professional services across HSE & Risk Management, ESG & Sustainability, Security Risk Management, Training & Competency, Technical Assurance, Inspection & Testing, Occupational Health, and Digital HSE & AI Solutions.
His vision is to develop Sentinel Global Consulting into a globally recognized professional consulting firm, delivering practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions that help organizations protect people, safeguard assets, manage risk, strengthen resilience, and enhance business performance.

Ali Imran Khan
Asset Integrity & Reliability Engineer
Ali Imran Khan is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with rich experience in Asset Integrity and Reliability Engineering, particularly with Pakistan Railways. His professional expertise encompasses asset reliability, maintenance management, risk assessment, and engineering solutions aimed at improving operational safety, efficiency, and asset performance. As Director Asset Integrity & Reliability, he provides technical leadership in developing strategies that enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance practices, minimize operational risks, and improve the overall lifecycle performance of critical assets.

Umar Farooq
Digital HSE & AI Solutions Specialist
Umar Farooq is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar. As Digital HSE & AI Solutions Specialist, he is responsible for driving the integration of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven solutions into Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices. His focus includes developing innovative digital tools, improving operational efficiency, supporting data-informed decision-making, and exploring AI-enabled solutions to strengthen workplace safety, risk management, and organizational performance.

Ahmad Noor
Technical Associate
Ahmad Noor has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering. As Technical Associate, he is responsible for streamlining operational workflows, supporting technical planning, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective solutions. His role includes coordinating technical activities, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and organizational performance.

Muhammad Irfan
Training, Competency and Workforce Development Coordinator
Muhammad Irfan is a Gold Medalist and holds an MPhil degree, with a strong academic and professional background in education, training, and workforce development. Currently based overseas, he contributes to the organization by supporting strategic initiatives related to professional training, competency development, and workforce capacity building. As Training, Competency and Workforce Development Coordinator, he focuses on strengthening professional capabilities, developing effective learning programs, and supporting organizations in building competent, skilled, and future-ready workforces.

Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Specialist
